Local Marketing

A custom, multi-page, color property brochure will be created and placed in your home. An E-brochure with photos and links to the property website will be emailed to thousands of local real estate agents. Custom email blast will be sent to the team’s personal and business contacts including many affluent members of the community.

With your permission, a For Sale Sign will be placed on the property with a brochure box to house the property brochures. Signage with custom riders to include URL to your homes website, Acreage, Views, Guest House etc.

Brochures

Your home will be showcased in a full-color, custom designed and printed brochure. This brochure will include multiple photos, engaging descriptions of your home, and a detailed list of features, as well as a link to the custom website which will feature your video and 3d tour. We will make sure your brochure will stand out leaving the potential client impressed with your home.

Luxury Home Magazine

Your high end home deserves to be seen by influential buyers. We are represented with at least two spreads in every distribution of this magazine. Annually we select one of our active properties to be featured on cover which includes the inside spread of that selected listing.

 

23,000+ Magazines are direct mailed to the area’s most influential residents, medical and professional offices, and into the households that meet the following criteria:
